status report/check-in!

yhleeHowdy all! Sorry I've been scarce; work, basically.
The projects I have backburnered include
- abstract space battles via chessboard + cards
- a reboot of Winterstrike, a narrative game I created for Failbetter Games' no-longer-supported Storynexus platform. I'm considering redoing it as a visual novel using Narrat. I have Failbetter Games' permission to do this, which I appreciate very much. :)
What are games/game types you're noodling at?
Alternately, what are some games (video, board, card, TTRPG, LARP, other?) that you've played lately and your thoughts on them? I should write up my obsession Regency Solitaire, which I play on the Nintendo Switch. XD
